The Osun State election reminded me of June 12, 1993.
I wasn’t born then.
But history doesn’t forget.
We saw it again….people coming out, staying late, protecting their votes.
No intimidation, no fear, no cutting, just the people deciding.

As my office @officesasdgedo continues to champion SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) in collaboration with Edo State Ministry of Health, we moved our Free Medical Outreach to Uwaessan (Udomi Community and neighboring villages) in Edo Central Senatorial District.
Our team provided:
• Free eye checks and distribution of medical glasses
• Comprehensive laboratory tests (Hepatitis B & C, Blood Sugar, Full Blood Count, Prostate, Cholesterol, HIV, Breast Cancer Screening, and more)
• Free medication
• Family planning counseling
• Registration into the Edo Health Insurance Scheme
• Referrals of special cases to specialist hospitals
We are taking healthcare directly to the people, one community at a time.
With sincere appreciation to His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo @m_akpakomiza, whose leadership and commitment continue to make initiatives like this possible.
Follow @officesasdgedo for full details and updates on our outreach activities.
