A Swiss startup has just raised a $40m Seed to develop a new generation of spacecraft!
@PAVESpace is developing spacecraft capable of moving satellites between orbits in under 24 hours.
Today satellites take 6-12 months to reach their target orbit using onboard propulsion.
PAVE is building orbital transfer vehicles (OTVs) that can move satellites from low Earth orbit to their final operational orbit in less than 24 hours.
And today it has announced raising a $40m seed led by @VisionariesVC (Marton Sarkadi Nagy) and @creandum.
The company also recently opened a dedicated propulsion test facility where PAVE will conduct its first rocket engine firings later this year, and in October the company will have its first in-space demonstration mission!
LETS GO - Swiss tech is flying right now, and it's amazing to see European investors betting big on space tech.
ClearSpace has developed a spacecraft designed to clean Earth’s orbit by capturing and removing defunct satellites using robotic arms.
Working with the European Space Agency and the UK Space Agency, it plans to safely deorbit old satellites so they burn up in the atmosphere.
This mission aims to reduce dangerous space debris and make space operations safer for active satellites.
NASA’s Three Phase Plan to Build a Moon Base, just revealed:
Phase One:
Deliver rovers and payloads that tests mobility, power systems, communications, and lunar surface operations.
Phase Two:
Transitions from experimentation to semihabitable infrastructure & routine astronaut operations. JAXA’s pressurized rover & other international partners to come online.
Phase Three:
Take advantage of cargo HLS payload capability and enable a permanent human presence on the Moon.
NASA will invest $20 billion over the next 7 years on the Moon Base.
These 5 spaceships should land on the Moon this year; several near the South Pole, with rovers/hoppers to explore that little-known, always sunny, water-rich region. In order:
- @blueorigin's MK1
- @Int_Machines' IM-3
- @astrobotic's Griffin-1
- China's Chang'e 7
- @FireflySpace's Blue Ghost
Laying the groundwork for surveying, tech dev, & pushing the edges of the Outer Space Treaty on lunar law @UN & @openlunar.
BREAKING: Google just announced AI data centers in space, powered by TPUs—launching 2027
Project Suncatcher: Solar-powered satellites at 650km altitude running AI workloads directly from the Sun. The physics advantages are definitive—8× more solar capture with no atmosphere or nighttime, vacuum cooling that eliminates 40% of ground data center costs, and radiation-hardened TPUs tested to 15× mission requirements.
Google’s launching two satellites early 2027, each carrying four TPUs to prove it works.

SpaceX announces timeline and pricing for cargo Starship Moon and Mars missions.
Reported on the company’s website, SpaceX intends to begin Moon and Mars surface cargo missions in 2028 and 2030, respectively - each at $100 million per metric ton or $100,000 per kg.
🌍 Global collaboration in action at #IAC2025
Here's what you missed on day 3 at the 76th International Astronautical Congress in Sydney:
✍️ We signed new agreements with Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) focused on ground stations and space weather.
🇨🇦 We met with the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) ahead of #CM25 to review decades of collaboration and future priorities.
🇮🇳 We discussed expanding cooperation in exploration, Earth observation, and operations with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
🚀 We also hosted the winners of the EPIC European-Australian Space Startup Competition, including GyroPlant, SharpSat, Solidflow, and Solidkosmos.
