Political orphans must know that legislating about local bodies is a provincial subject. Even if the law is bad it has at least been acted upon in Sindh unlike Punjab and Islamabad where there are laws but no local governments.

I am also surprised to see this gentleman every now and then missing/remembering a convict military ruler General Musharraf more than Mr. Ijaz Jl Haq missing his father, late military ruler General Zia Haq.
