The FBU Executive Council has unanimously recommended that members accept a revised pay offer. The ballot will close in early March.

We got this offer by standing united and voting for strike action. But we won't sugar-coat it either.

Whatever your view is on the pay offer, we have gone from a final offer of 2% and this morning were offered 7%

The return on the ballot was THE message that we sent to employers

Today, like most days, I am really proud of my union @fbunational.

Told 2% was the last offer.
Then 5% was the 'very last' offer.
Our members gave us their trust and backing by returning a resounding mandate for strike action and forced the hand.
