@Steph_Hafferty @Saralimback Our oil boiler heats hot water in a tank. It is possible to add a coil to the tank so it is heated by excess electricity from the panels. Our oil boiler is switched off from may to end September.

Just walked out of a so called gardening talk by climate change denier @HowardDrury , very disappointed. 40 minutes of "so called CC evidence, but is it really?" Implying only teenagers are worried about stuff "bless them but they don't know much" etc.
