🔴درگیری و دستگیری چند تن از مجاهدین در حمله به ستاد مرکزی قضاییه جلادان

🔴 ستاد فرماندهی مجاهدین در داخل کشور اعلام کرد چند تن از مجاهدین در ساعت ۹ جمعه شب ۲۴ مهر در تهران در خیابان عبدالله‌زاده منشعب از بلوار کشاورز در جریان حمله به ستاد مرکزی قضاییه جلادان، در درگیری با عوامل حراست قضاییه و گشت انتظامی دستگیر شدند.
ساعتی قبل، خبر رسیده بود که اژه‌ای سردژخیم قضاییه جلادان عازم بلوار کشاورز برای رفتن به ستاد مرکزی است.
🔴 به‌محض اطلاع، چند کانون شورشی برای به دام انداختن سردژخیم در پاسخ به احکام اعدام، اعزام و در نزدیکی ساختمان مرکزی درگیر و تعدادی از آنها دستگیر شدند.
تا ساعت ۲۴ جمعه شب تعدادی موفق شدند محاصره مزدوران را شکسته از صحنه خارج شوند.
اسامی و مشخصات کسانی که دستگیری آنها قطعی شود متعاقباً برای مراجع ذیربط بین‌المللی ارسال خواهد شد.
اژه‌ای سردژخیم قضاییه جلادان از مکانهای متعدد و متفاوتی برای استقرار و انجام کارهایش را استفاده می‌کند که ستاد مرکزی قضاییه در بلوار کشاورز یکی از آنهاست. ساختمان اصلی ۲۰ طبقه در روی زمین و ۳ طبقه در زیر زمین است.

We firmly support Statement No. 306 issued by Iranian associations and communities, and we call on the German committee of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation to immediately rule out awarding the prize to Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran’s former Shah.

Ignoring the suffering of the victims of the Pahlavi dictatorship and awarding a prize bearing the name of freedom and human rights to someone who is unwilling to openly and unequivocally criticize his father’s authoritarian record is an outright insult to historical truth and to the victims of repression.

This prize must not become a tool for legitimizing a particular political faction. If the committee is genuinely committed to freedom and human rights, it must listen to the voices of the actual victims rather than deepen their wounds through such a choice.

We demand that this decision be revoked. The human rights credibility of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation depends on an immediate reconsideration of this choice.

True solidarity means respecting their struggle, amplifying the voices of those who paid the highest price, and defending the Iranian people’s right to choose their own future.

Freedom cannot be inherited. Democratic legitimacy comes from the people.

۴-نامه اعتراضی «اتحاد فراگیر چپ انقلابی-ایران» به شهرداری فرانکفورت (۷ مهر ۱۴۰۵)
۵-نامه بیش از ۷۰ شخصیت برجسته آلمانی درباره «جایزه‌ای به نام مردم ایران به پسر دیکتاتور پیشین این کشور که چهره‌ای به‌شدت تفرقه‌انگیز است» (اول اکتبر ۲۰۲۶)
۶-اطلاعیه حدود ۷۰۰ نفر از هموطنان در اعتراض به اعطای جایزه آزادی (۱۱ مهر ۱۴۰۵)
و بسیاری موارد فردی و جمعی دیگر در داخل و خارج کشور که سند آنها را ندارم. بنابراین در صد و بیستمین سال انقلاب مشروطه و پس از این همه خون، مضمون آنها را تکرار می‌کنم:
شیر و خورشید مقوایی و مصنوعی یا حلبی و چلبی جایی ندارد
