@DFS are unbelievably bad after you’ve bought from them. We’ve just had a power supply unit fail for one of their reclining chairs and the response has been truly terrible. They wanted to charge £210 for an item that costs £13 on Amazon!

@asda An Asda delivery driver reversed into our gates in December and drove off swiftly (leaving nearly £1k damage). It’s been impossible to call any Asda store for over a year (try it) and the customer resolution team are harder to get hold of than Elvis.
