My current lifemaxxing stack:
- 6:30 - wife wakes up - I rip massive fart and complain it’s too fucking early and go back to sleep
- 7:30 - get up and make coffee and check twitters
- 8:00 - check scores to see how much money I lost last night
- 9:00 - go for walk to rub it in that I don’t have to be anywhere during business hours
- 10:00 - back on twitters, while berating myself to do something with my life
- big time suck where who the fuck knows what gets done
- 3:00 - convince wife to get out of spreadsheets and into the sheets
- 4:00 - lift in garage
- 6:00 - dinner since BJ was right that eating late fucks up my sleep
- 9:00 read a long book like Lonesome Dove to remind myself I’m not a normie
- in bed by 10:30
My current lifemaxxing stack:
- 4:30am wake up
- Read classic books
- 3 hours creative work before 8am
- Lift/run 6x/week
- Eat single ingredient foods
- Present time with fam/friends
- 20-min evening sauna
- Wild Roman skincare routine
- 8:30pm bedtime

why don't many personal trainers want to help their clients do straight sets lifting really heavy weight with good form and progressive overload? do they think it's too boring, even though it's the most reliable way to build muscle?
why do they want me to do cardio with weights? doing new movements each time i've never done before and thus can never get good at? putting me in circuits where i'm too gassed to hit max weight? why do they want to push me into doing plyometrics during the middle of strength work?
why can't i just lift really heavy shit, and get my flexibility and mobility and conditioning work mostly elsewhere?
