Traditional brokerages are definitely struggling. Teamerage and teams that provide tech, leads, TC’s, VA’s, aggressively are recruiting and importantly have a high accountability culture and require agents to maintain standards are thriving. Those that own their own title, mortgage and other ancillaries are having an AMAZING year.
