@profbenperrin We crossed that rubicon in US years ago, more people die of overdose of prescription drugs than illegal drugs. The problem is lack of law enforcement & enforcement funding at a higher level on things that seem unrelated but aren’t; not ‘too much’ or not enough at street level.
