@AdamSinger @douglasritz Agree with most of the video, but there are also retirement homes in Italy. Not everyone is in the position to take care of aging parents in their home.

@increaselaws If they can find an owner who is willing to do seller financing that’s a good option too, but usually owner will want a substantial down payment.

@ResilientRei I used to own an investment property, a condo that was part of an HOA. Buying it was the best thing I ever did because it helped me learn a lot and made money. But then you also learn the cons of having a badly managed HOA, and selling it was also the best thing I ever did.
