@GreeleyWealth You are talking to the king of "this is boring". But I think the reality is, I gave up decades of my life so I'd never have to worry about being homeless or going hungry. That's not nothing. But yeah...I'm bored.
@DeepDishEnjoyer@AmandaAskell It's one of the fundamental core things I teach my trainees in our residency program. There are certain disease processes that we formally discuss bayesian approaches (even though we don't call it that), but applying this thinking to EVERYTHING often feels foreign to them.
@DeepDishEnjoyer What if you have an actively managed ETF that has proprietary signals or is tracking an index that is not totally clear on all of the inputs?
@SqueezeMetrics@SonnyFromLaguna Negative price commodities seemed inconceivable until it happened. The question seems to be what is the negative interest rate equivalent of owning equities? Perhaps some sort of policy change that nobody is thinking about? Would have to be end of the world kind of scenario.
@SqueezeMetrics The screwworm trade though, next macro topic du jour. Also, now that CL is close to contango, I like short front month CL, long front month ZW (wheat), equal dollar value, until they "normalize" to each other a bit. Wheat very underpriced in oil terms. If there is such a thing.
@Mala20233@nickmmark You don't know what you're talking about. Unionization of physicians is the beginning of the beginning. I would know...I'm part of one.
@docakx Not related to this video necessarily, but common mistake with wounds: if you have an arterial bleed, the correct way to compress is with ONE finger on the artery. I constantly see people placing a wad of 4x4s and smashing it with their whole hand.
