For #screenshotsaturday - I just released the 0.2.0 version of Silvi! https://t.co/sNizHnTsva
Some changes are, added save/load (desktop only), plant damage mechanics, plant growth changes, and the birch actually looks like a birch!
Next stop: full version!

Holy shit I went to a @BaysideBand show having basically listened to nothing but Walking Wounded and they're even better than then. This new album is sick!
@goldisacks Growing up my parents always used it for cooler ice on road trips... it was such a pain in the ass. I just pay the 5 bucks at the gas station
@legend034@AaronGuhreen I'm gonna be honest this book fucking sucked. It's way more about the aesthetics of shitty development than the economic forces or results on people
Jeez I haven't really posted anything this year. Still doing game dev stuff! I'll have more Silvi and Levathia Bound stuff shortly. Spent a bunch of time struggling to rework the player in Levathia and failing, then rewriting a bunch of the lore...
@dmtrubman@EmpressThaliaa That's because they're able to underpay the shit out of their drivers! 20 dollars an hour already is bare minimum AND they're paying for the fucking car
@AL2009man@TylerGlaiel Indie used to mean without the support of a large publisher, and it probably still should. There's a big space between AAA and indie and Journey, among others, is obviously there.
@GaryWinslett i love this kinda shit. i don't think people from wealthier/more cultured areas get it but out in the hinterlands people just don't know any better unless they seek out new experiences. there's no cultural knowledge of anything but the local shit, and that's often mediocre.
@villecallio This kinda game design is really sad to me. It's a very "no friction" mentality to it where, I want friction! I want to take time and struggle and learn about the world, even if in small ways. It's okay if it takes ten minutes to find the ladder!
