The disparate treatment of @transportworker NYC Transit Workers @MTA Vs @MetroNorth @LIRR commuter rails is grossly inequitable. Inner city transit workers deserve the same right to strike as their suburban counterparts. The same work should = the same treatment. What gives?

@JetBlue is extremely anti-union. They threaten union organizers, intimidate workers, violate @transportworker’s contract, all while posing as a benevolent employer. The Justice Department should not reward JetBlue the Union Buster . A JetBlue twice as big will be twice as bad.

This isn’t a merger, it’s a hostile acquisition of a competitor airline and it has the strong potential to disrupt airline workers and consumers . @JetBlue’s lust for greater airline consolidation isn’t about improving workers’ lives or delivering a better flying experience…..👍
