11 blockchain projects. One AI team. All shipped.
XRPFi + MCP Pay + more — built with Claude + Codex on XRPL.
How-to drops soon. Build like this

Where you use AI changes what it can do. A browser chat can't touch your files. An app reaches your tools. A building tool builds with you. Most stop at room one. Free intro shows all three — full course this week on DeFi University Pro, two weeks free: https://t.co/89hImNs7RP
New Hackathon Builder video is up. Nothing fancy — just me building a real project with AI, start to finish, narrated as it happens. If you've ever wondered how the work actually gets done behind the hype, this is the honest version. First two weeks free: https://t.co/89hImNsFHn
Project 9 of 16 — FDC Oracle Pack
Flare built one of the best systems for bringing verified real-world data onto a blockchain.
But no developer toolkit existed to wire it into the XRPL ecosystem. Every team was building the integration from scratch every time.
We built that toolkit. Project 9 is already at quality gate code done, deployment and publish remaining.
This is the data layer. It unlocks the compliance layer, the keeper network, and every AVS submission after it.
DeFi University Pro now covers both sides of where things are headed: how to actually work with AI, and how DeFi really works — explained plainly, for people tired of hype. First two weeks free: https://t.co/89hImNs7RP
Project 8 of 16 — Cross-Border Invoice Settlement
Getting paid across borders is still one of the most painful parts of running a business. Slow, expensive, opaque.
Contractor sends a tokenized invoice. Customer pays in RLUSD. Payment sits in escrow until delivery is confirmed on-chain. Escrow releases automatically.
No middleman. No wire transfer fees. No waiting.
We're using our own Barracuda field partners as the real-world test case for this one.
Behind the scenes of a hackathon build. It's not magic it's systems. I'm not an expert coder. I'm good at building the structure around AI so it works the same every time. Stuff broke mid-build. Fixed it, shipped it. That's the real skill and the course on it is coming.
Every few months a new AI model drops and people lose their minds half panic, half celebrate. Both miss the point. AI is hardware. You're the software. The model is just the engine; the structure you build around it is what lasts. Swap the engine, the car you built still drives. One of the lessons inside our AI coursesslideshow-02-hardware.manifest on DeFi University Pro — more on the way. First two weeks free: https://t.co/4CI5VUM32i
Project 7 of 16 — RLUSD Yield Vault
Institutions want to put stablecoins to work. Almost every yield product in DeFi has no KYC gate and no regulatory guardrails.
Project 7 is a KYC-only vault. Institutions deposit RLUSD, earn yield through XRPL's permissioned exchange, and pay a performance fee that routes through our Apex fee system.
Compliant yield on XRPL. First of its kind.
We're giving away 2 tickets to @ethconf in New York — June 8–10.

Winners announced next week. Good luck!
@XRPLF@DoraHacks The multi-agent setup is what makes this run at this pace — two Codex agents on separate lanes, one orchestrating.
Next video is the reputation registry. Follow along if you want to see how the whole workflow moves.
Check out how we built an MCP payment rail on XRPL EVM — AI agents deposit RLUSD upfront and pay per tool call on-chain.
Two Codex agents built it simultaneously. About an hour start to finish.
XRPL Hackathon Slot 2. More coming.
5 projects total for this hackathon — payment rails, reputation registries, keeper systems, all on XRPL EVM. All built with AI, all going live on camera.
