One way to look at this...

If the driver made it into his house after running a stop sign would the officer need a warrant to enter the house. Both the house and the business are private.

If the office had every right to pursue beyond the gate, the are flimsy and he could have gone right through it.

Next, it seems they lost their nerve because even after getting past the gate they seemingly didn't seek the driver.

Finally, this was all over a stop sign violation??? Really???

If it runs contrary to the Constitution, government has a duty to revoke its charter, thus its ability to exist.

I'm so irritated at the "step out for safety" BS.

Cops leave their car close to the traffic during a stop. They pull you out to stand either in front of their car or at the back of yours.

With their car close to traffic, if it gets hit because someone is reading a text, changing a radio station, or the kid in the back is acting up, you get turned into sandwich meat between the two cars.

They pull you out of crumple zone protection and call it protection.

You want to know the plan???

The Constitutions, State and Federal, created by the people, to be followed exactly by our servants. If it says to do that... you swore an oath, so do what it says, no more and no less.

Don't forget the peoples rights expressed in those constitutions. That means not touching those rights by ANY servant, period, end of story.

Does your plan fit well in the founder's plan?

Here's my plan. People bringing issues before a Grand Jury by affidavit. Grand Jury investigates and brings charges when needed. What if whistleblowers did this? What if those wronged by evil servants did that.

Then being a corrupt servant would be perilous and other servants would think twice. That's my plan and the plan our founders laid out.

@paramourdonkey Until people regain the right to access the Grand Jury and refer bad actors (who inject themselves in the election process) for prosecution, elections are simply selections and "sell - ections" are unconstitutional and bad actors that allow it are treasonous.
