@mbertulli Georgia is a solid choice. Savannah is 4th largest port in the USA, and Hartfield Jackson is the busiest airport. Electricity is super cheap, too. (has one of the largest nuclear plants in the nation) Land is also dirt cheap outside of Atlanta metro area.
