@nikitabier Did they also give you clear instructions on how to clean up after yourself? They do this all over France even if there’s a high cleaning fee. Take out garbage, wash dishes, change bed sheets…

@levelsio Yeah, in theory, didn’t work for me about a year ago when I had it. Or I was just sleeping well all the time.
Also huge differences between deep sleep in Whoop vs Apple Watch but from other things I read, Whoop gets that better (eg @karpathy ‘s experiment)
