I used to think the volume of the classroom dictated the quality of the teacher. I now know learning can be loud and can be messy. Loud classrooms aren’t necessarily managed poorly and quiet ones don’t always indicate learning is happening.

@Telstra They were not contacted via phone/mobile/sms or email or snail mail. I was authorised by them to speak to Telstra on the phone today. 2 hours to get to where we are now. Can you please point me to Telstra's policy/documentation as requested.

@Telstra Does Telstra have a policy on communicating to account holders leading up to account termination? They are elderly and with health concerns that require the ability to phone and email healthcare providers. This is abhorrent treatment.
