So I'm reframing https://t.co/UfR8ABrNDV as a Stripe App, to be available in the Stripe marketplace.

Same job as before: tell you which customers have money stuck. Renewals that stopped collecting, invoices nobody chased, and more. All within Stripe with no API key needed.

If you run a SaaS on Stripe: how do you find out about those today?

I started getting some feedback on PayerVitals.... The validation of what really is a pain point when using Stripe is all over the place 😅

It is becoming clear that I need to take a step back and define the product better. Not quite sure yet on how to do it, but I'm sure I will figure something out.

@Bagdex makes sense that acquisition is the priority, especially if the churn is mostly small accounts. However, do you look at these customers individually and why they left?

Everyone nowadays is trying to sell something, and it's getting harder to just get some input from potential customers. Even when you're not trying to sell anything.

@MacdevM I agree with you, especially as someone who uses those types of services. The plans I have been seeing are quite expensive for what they offer.

I guess I will consider Voyasim next time I need data 😀

Asked on Reddit if anyone would paste a read-only Stripe key into a Chrome extension... And let me tell you, the answers saved me a lot of time.

It also turns out that Reddit is not full of haters, especially when you're not trying to sell anything.

However, that pointed me in the direction I kinda ignored in the first place. Stripe apps in the Stripe marketplace
