Solution is simple. Make a circle here.

However traffic too high. Server not able to take load. Registrations are severely hampered.

Receiving Customer complaints that @BSNL_KTK isnt allowing Mobile Number Portability. Customers not able to send Port messages + forced to recharge with higher denomination packs.
