Over the last fortnight, India quietly but decisively reinforced every layer of its strategic deterrence by successfully testing:

🚀K-5 missile’s Stage-2 rocket motor: will facilitate K-5’s maiden underwater trials by mid-2026. With ~8000 km range, Mach 7.5 speed and 2000 kg nuclear payload, K-5 can hit any target in Eurasia or #IndoPacific from a submarine.

🚀ET-LDHCM: with a range even more than K-5, the ET-LDHCM missile is developed under #ProjectVishnu to advance India’s missile modernisation program. It can be launched from land, sea, or air and is considered a major upgrade over the world-famous BrahMos.

🚀Akash-NG: this next-generation (NG) #AirDefence system successfully intercepts various aerial targets at different ranges & altitudes, incl. UAVs, cruise missiles, etc.

🚀K-4: This intermediate-range, nuclear-capable Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile (#SLBM) is part of India’s ‘Nuclear Triad’ and imparts credible second-strike capability from seas.

Historic milestone for #NorthEastIndia! 🚆

#Aizawl, capital of Mizoram, is now on the #IndianRailways map for the 1st time since Independence, with the ₹8,070 cr Bairabi–Sairang line inaugurated by PM Modi. It is another Indian engineering marvel that cuts through 45 tunnels, 55 major & 88 minor bridges. This railway – a ‘lifeline of transformation’ – will boost Mizoram’s trade, tourism, agriculture, connectivity & integration with other parts of the country.

Alongside, ₹17,500 cr worth development projects have been launched together, in #Mizoram & #Manipur, spanning roads, power, health, education & infrastructure during PM’s visit.

After Pakistan’s de facto ruler, Field Marshal #AsimMunir, threatened from US soil to “take half the world down” if India ever posed an existential threat, the Trump administration rewarded him by placing the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) on the US list of ‘Global Terrorists’.

The move clears the path for US entry into resource-rich #Balochistan — following a so-called US-Pak “massive deal” to exploit Baloch energy reserves, and builds on a #cryptocurrency agreement with Pakistan backed by #TrumpFamily investments.

By remaining silent on #NuclearBlackmail launched from its own soil and openly siding with a terror state that crushes Baloch nationalist rights, the US has planted itself firmly alongside terroristan Pakistan in Asia. In turn, Pakistan appears to have ditched even #China, despite Beijing’s $62 billion investment for the CPEC project in Balochistan.

ISRO Chairman Dr. V. Narayanan shared that during #OperationSindoor, Indian satellites played a critical role in supporting our armed forces. These satellites helped track and neutralise drones and missiles launched from Pakistan by providing pinpoint data on their paths.

Dr. Narayanan also said at least 10 #IndianSatellites are working round-the-clock for strategic purposes to ensure the safety and security of Indian citizens.

Just before Op Sindoor, India conducted a very rare and highly sophisticated space defence exercise that involved a ‘dogfight’ in space between a ‘chaser’ and ‘target’ satellite zipping through space at 28,800 km/hour and orbiting nearly 500 km above the Earth. #Dogfight in space between satellites is similar to aerial dogfights between fighter jets in the skies. This manoeuvre was part of the #SpaDeX mission, under which India has already successfully demonstrated docking and undocking of satellites twice.

With these bold moves, India has again proven that it is a #SpaceSuperpower, firmly making its mark in space-based military might.

India reportedly successfully test-fired #K4, a nuclear-capable submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) from the newly commissioned nuclear-powered submarine INS Arighaat in the Bay of Bengal. It was the first time a #SLBM was launched from a submarine.

K-4 can hit almost any target in the whole of #ChinaPak with its 3,500 km strike range. Thus, for the first time, it has given real meaning to India’s #submarines. So far, Indian submarines have been armed with K-15 missiles, which have an insufficient strike range of only 750 km.

Following K-4, India plans to launch K-5 and K-6 #missiles with a range of 5,000 and 6,000 km, respectively.

India extends its command over the #IndianOceanRegion as the primary security provider of the region.

#INSArighat was commissioned into the Indian Navy; it is India’s second nuclear-powered submarine.

INS Arighat carries twelve K-15 missiles with a 750 km range, thus bringing most Pakistani cities under its range. INS Arighat is also equipped to be armed with four nuclear-armed K-4 missiles with a range of over 3,500 km, which brings even the Chinese capital of #Beijing under its range.

In addition, a larger nuclear submarine, INS Aridhaman, is being readied to join the #IndianNavy next year. Besides, the Indian Navy has acquired 6 new Kalvari-class submarines and plans to add 15 more.

Experts say ‘INS Arighaat’ will further strengthen India’s #NuclearTriad, enhance #NuclearDeterrence, help establish strategic balance in the region and thus augment national security.
