Je rappelle que ce média n’était en rien de la propagande d’État. Il avait été attaqué et le CSA ne l’avait pas sanctionné. Sa convention était parfaitement respectée. Il a été interdit en UE sans aucun fondement juridique, une décision politique arbitraire du duo Von der Leyen / Macron. La Commission a fait ce que le droit français n’avait pas permis, après une longue procédure contradictoire. C’est la stricte vérité que je rappelle ici.
