Why is paying an extra $5 to a worker making $20/hr where you suddenly choose to take a moral stand?

I agree that it’s a broken system, but you are still operating within it

Obviously it’s your money, so you can do what you want. But just think for a second man. You barely notice the extra $5, and it means much more to the person serving you

If your moral framework arrives at “don’t tip”, something is wrong
