@jockthumper @OctopusEnergy @BritishGas I’ll never go back to British Gas as long as I live. Dreadful company. Complained to them as they gave my mental health a kicking through incompetence. It took months to get a bland, non apologetic response back, with which they shut the case before I could reply. Shambles.
