I had never heard it phrased like that before.

Understanding the difference between the two is incredibly important.

It's not often a client teaches ME a great process without even realizing it.

He looked at the last 20 or so texts from his employees to see what he spent his time responding to.

How many were project updates?
Permission requests?
Repeat questions?
"Can I..." "Should we..." "What do you want me to do here?"

And the worst "Can't remember, what did you say....?"

He realized there's just a bunch of repeats, simple requests or decisions that could have been handled by one of his managers.

So I adopted it as a new process. 🥳

The hard part is knowing how to leverage AI to streamline operational bottlenecks through a methodology only a Fractional Integrator is familiar with.
