Some of the most important work happening in Winsor-Essex! I continue to be blown away by the impact of this group from leadership all the way down to the community level ❣️.
It's rare to see such an ambitious project launch in our region, thank you all so much for this work!
Thanks @AliceaFleming from @UnitedWayWE for providing an update on @WEProsperUS's Cradle to Career (C2C) strategy, and the importance of collective impact. Learn more: https://t.co/XNcsLLe3Mz
Impactful program, also one of the hardest to stand up I can recall in recent memory.
Huge shout out to @ACinYQG Suzy Kustra and @justjmv. Without you’re tireless efforts these dollars and this impact couldn’t make its way to our region and it’s entrepreneurs.
🙏🙏🔥
@YvonnePilon@WEtechAlliance It’s truly been my pleasure to work and grow alongside you incredible human beings!! Can’t wait to see all of the amazing impact ahead!
all-in commitment is among the most valuable and differentiated virtues in the world right now.
optimism is the most powerful (and somehow the most radical) worldview.
Great thread as usual by @SahilBloom ! This particularly landed for me. Plus I drink too much coffee a day to drink it any other way than black so there's that 😅☕️
Most of us need fewer friends and more intellectual sparring partners. Friends are pleasant and easy to come by, but intellectual sparring partners question our assumptions and force us to level up.
A heartwarming thank you to @WEtechAlliance for sponsoring the Start-Up Zone at our Emerging Technologies in Automation Conference & Trade Show! Your support of the #tech#entrepreneurs in #WindsorEssex is much appreciated. https://t.co/mSg2FgN7A2

It took me a LOOONNNGG time to intuit these nuggets.
Discipline + Consistency = Momentum
Momentum = Motivation
Start by starting and always have a bend to action.
If you wait to act until you feel motivated, you may never start.
Motivation is a natural byproduct of movement—your discipline and consistency actually create it.
When in doubt, just start moving.
It's been amazing to see the growth and resiliency of our team over the course of the past few years. Fills my cup everyday getting to see our pod fill up and our people grow.
COMING SOON! A special series of our Innovation Alchemy with the Adams #podcast, highlighting each of the 5 #startup companies that make up Cohort 6 of our ScaleUP Accelerator program, powered by @LibroCU, in partnership with @_investwe.

Quote of the day from @SahilBloom (well his old baseball coach anyways…)
"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.
But if talent works hard, you’re pretty much f*****, so let’s hope it doesn’t."
