Honored to be speaker at Horasis, together with more than 400 world leaders, presidents of multinationals, government leaders, academics and other incredibly relevant people with a variety of visions to make the world better.
This year’s meeting was themed “Building Bridges to the Future,” where I talked about my art process that covered a few topics in the panel “The Art and Human Imagination”, moderated by Ana Paula Rabello. I spoke about the correlations between dreams and reality, and its manifestation in arts, about structuring a visual expression from an idea or a thought vs. creating bodies of work based on a continuation of personal documentation, and I showed a few samples from my “Hope For Peace” series , “Tiwimuta”, the “Fantasy Series”, “Bushwick Forever”, “Celebrity Portraiture”, and more .
Thank you Frank-Jürgen Richter for the opportunity and to @anaprlyra for moderating . Congratulations to all on the amazing event. @vera.cultura #fabriciosecretario @casagrande_es@rigonifelipe

“American Dream”
Reception: Thursday April 11th. 5:30-7 pm
Who’s coming to Oyster Bay, L.I. ?
My photo of @MJMcKean at the @RaynhamHall Museum, Oyster Bay, NY 📸 @FuchsProjects
What actor can represent better the American Dream other than Michael John McKean, the American actor, comedian, screenwriter, composer, singer, and musician known for various roles in film and television such as Lenny Kosnowski in Laverne & Shirley, David St. Hubbins in This Is Spinal Tap, and Chuck McGill on Better Call Saul.
A portrait I took of him ( and more) are at the group show with other talented contemporary artists in the show that deals with the history of growth and the American Dream, at the museum that explores 300 years of espionage, trade, labor.
Explore "the balance between the American Dream and the experienced reality that sometimes lives on a knife’s edge.”
