@kevinwhinnery How about a Slack bot? Or that wouldn't work because you need immediate answer back. So like user support agent you can say "connecting you to an agent" while it's spinning up but with a Slack bot/integration you expect an answer ASAP?

@philnash They can be, I'm not dismissing all of them! Especially if they are hands-on with the tools so they have actual experience. But if they've taken a bunch of money from different companies they often say increasingly unlikely stuff that is detached from reality to get clicks
