@WyattSpaceB@xdNiBoR@elonmusk@ajtourville@SpaceX Haha they literally acknowledge in their statement that they didn't. They're suing acknowledging that they used an unapproved procedure, and just don't like that they're being called out for it.
Hey @NBCNews Some pretty terrible weather is literally destroying lives in Iowa and there's NO coverage on your website, yet when there's slightly inconvenient weather in NYC, it gets prime billing. I thought you were supposed to cover NATIONAL news?
@purritsnicole Even if your phone can't connect to your own carrier (in this case, AT&T), it will connect to another carrier's towers (like Verizon or T-Mobile) ONLY for 911 calls.
Hey @Metra@VentraChicago maybe a service bulletin when the app isn’t working so we’re not all panic retrying over and over before conductors come through for no reason?
@Metra@VentraChicago Yeah no kidding. Maybe a broadcast alert rather than replying to just me? And my conductor had no idea until several of us said we couldn’t pay.
@metraUPNW A fire is a bit more than a “mechanical issue”. More information during an incident informs people if they should seek alternative transportation. Communication here was HORRIBLE!!!
@metraUPNW @toa_freak Are you saying Metra doesn’t know why there’s a delay? How does a mechanical problem stop trains in both directions? You have more information… tell us. We want to go home.
Hey @Metra Please be watching the status of the app and communicating outages to train crews. Ticket purchasing is having issues and conductors don’t know about it. @VentraChicago
