I know that my gameplay and aim are nowhere near good enough for me to be using cheats. I believe I was probably banned because of a radar-related issue or because the system detected a second account associated with me.

When I contacted the developer of the VPN application I use, this was the response I received.

I will also provide every other piece of evidence necessary, one by one, to prove that my system and account are completely clean.

Two days ago, FACEIT automatically charged my account for a Premium renewal. One day later, I was permanently banned.

You take money from my account first, and then ban me at your own discretion. With your newly introduced Anti-Cheat system, you seem to be completely unaware that people in Turkey have to use VPNs to access applications and games such as Discord, Roblox, etc.

I have barely had any time to play for months. I can only manage around three to five matches per month at most. After that one match I play occasionally, I have to enable my VPN again because of the restrictions in Turkey, and then I have to go through the Anti-Cheat checks again.

From where I stand, the way this situation has been handled is extremely poor and insensitive. For the past two days, I have not been able to reach anyone from your actual Support team. I have only been receiving automated AI responses.

I played this match only after completing the identity verification process and while having all available Anti-Cheat protections fully enabled.

There is absolutely nothing suspicious in the only match I played. I am completely certain that there is not even the slightest indication of cheating. You could find a stain on milk more easily than you could find anything suspicious in this game of mine.

I am once again formally requesting a manual review of my case by an actual member of the Anti-Cheat team.

Please do not send me another automated response. I need a human being to review my case and explain what specifically triggered this permanent ban.

Can you tell me what exactly I supposedly did? What are you even talking about when you say I cheated? I’m going to download my demos and have them reviewed by independent professionals to get an unbiased opinion.

At the same time, I’m going to have my PC examined by professional computer forensic experts. I will obtain a report from them confirming whether there has ever been any cheat software or any application that could have given me an unfair advantage installed, deleted, or stored on my PC, from the past to the present.

I just want to know what this is actually about. Could you please help me understand what the issue is?

I was recently given a 60-month ban for cheating, but I have never used cheats or any unauthorized software.

I submitted an appeal (Request #14752449), but I have not received a response from an actual support representative. So far, I have only received automated messages, and I have not been able to communicate with a real person about my case.

I am simply asking for my case to be manually reviewed by a member of the Anti-Cheat team. I am willing to fully cooperate and provide any information necessary.I believe there may be a technical issue or a false detection involved in my case.

Please have a real member of your team review my case. I only want a fair investigation.
