@SuzanMaseki @lydiahallie If I remember right, subagents inherit the main session's effort by default before v2.1.292, and you can't change it on the fly. The only way is to create your own agent file in .claude/agents/ (e.g. subagent_worker.md) and set the effort in its frontmatter.
