I’ve been sitting on this travel certificate @united . It says “begin travel” Feb 19,2025. I have spent $5000 in the last three months with @united and couldn’t use this credit and now they say it is expired. That’s a problem. What the heck?

Appreciate the meal vouchers @united but the QR code didn’t work anywhere. Had to manually punch it in. Specifically, the transaction was declined numerous times at Jamba Juice. We had to punch and repunch the numbers in each time. We finally just paid for the smoothies. #painful
