@JamesMelville I spent 6 months fighting O2 for £1200, due to ID theft. O2 would'nt give me any details as I did'nt know relevant information. Credit rating damaged etc. It was only sorted when the debt collection that O2 appointed listened and spoke to O2 on my behalf.
Why were court orders that were made at a hearing later changed significantly in @Nominet's favour? Nominet's barrister was asked to draw them up. The ones written up are not the same as the ones the Judge made.
