SNAKE OIL: HOW XI JINPING SHUT DOWN THE WORLD
Through propaganda and fraud, the CCP under Xi Jinping transformed the snake oil of lockdowns into “science,” the greatest crime of the 21st century to date. This is the story of how he did it, and why. 1/

Seems like not a good sign that there’s no verdict yet. This is a very simple case. Did Lindsay Clancy intentionally murder her children? Yes. Did she plan it out ahead of time? Yes. That’s really all you need to know. First degree murder. Should take a jury of sane people about 10 minutes to reach a conclusion.
Bukele: “Yo soy una persona creyente, creo que Dios puede perdonar a todos. Sé que si el delincuente se arrepiente va a ir al cielo como cualquier otro pecador. Pero eso le compete a Dios. En la tierra tiene que estar en prisión”.
Been watching a lot of body cam videos lately. A pattern is becoming clear: The true villains of society are the corrupt judges who release repeat offenders with probation and cheap bonds so they can reoffend
There are actors who play villains, and then there was Tim Curry.
This scene from Ridley Scott’s Legend has stayed with me since childhood. Until this moment, Darkness has existed mostly as a presence: whispered about, feared, glimpsed in shadow. Then he steps into the light, and Tim Curry somehow makes the impossible seem real.
The makeup and Rob Bottin’s extraordinary design are part of it, of course, but the performance is what gives Darkness his power. The voice. The physicality. The deliberate way Curry moves and speaks. He could be frightening, seductive, funny and completely theatrical without ever seeming embarrassed by any of it. He understood that some characters demanded you go bigger, and few actors ever did that with more confidence.
For a generation raised on fantasy, horror and strange movies discovered on VHS, Curry seemed to be everywhere: The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Clue, It, Muppet Treasure Island and countless voices we knew before we even knew they were his.
But Darkness will always be special to me. One of fantasy cinema’s great villains, brought to life by an actor who understood exactly what a creature like this needed.
The world just became a little less interesting.
Rest in peace, Tim Curry.
Far-left terrorism poses a profound threat to the United States and the broader West. Today, the United States sanctioned several transnational far-left terrorist networks, including Autistici/Inventati – a major far-left tech collective whose services are used by the most active and violent Antifa cells in the United States and across the world. There will be no refuge for violent extremists who wage war on our civilization and plot to undermine law and order, destroy critical infrastructure, assault political opponents, or conspire to conceal their crimes from authorities. We will use all the tools and authorities at our disposal to fight terrorism and protect our way of life from terrorist coercion.
There’s not a decent mother in this world who would wake from an alleged state of psychosis, discover she had murdered her own babies, and then fight for a lighter sentence.
She wouldn’t sit through a trial dissecting every horrific detail of their deaths to save herself.
She’d be begging for the harshest punishment the law could give her.
Stefan Molyneux: We took the pain out of women’s bad decisions. Then we acted shocked they stopped being careful.
If she doesn’t marry, welfare.
STD, free healthcare.
Child outside wedlock, the state.
Divorce, custody 90% of the time, alimony, child support.
“We’ve just said to women, you will never suffer any negative material consequences from your bad decisions.”
Morality comes from negative consequences. Take them away and people go crazy.
We’ve done that for two or three generations of Western women and shifted the bill to men.

People with high conscientiousness tend to get better grades in school and earn more money—even when you control for IQ. So if you have two people with the same score on an intelligence test, the person with higher conscientiousness will likely go on to get better grades and have higher earnings.
There's also a very small but significant inverse correlation between intelligence and conscientiousness. In other words, the higher you go in intelligence, the lower your conscientiousness score tends to be. It's a very small effect, but it seems to be driven largely by the orderliness aspect of conscientiousness.
Some psychologists have suggested there's a compensatory mechanism at work here. Very intelligent people can afford to be less organized because they're able to use their intelligence to compensate for their lack of diligence and focus. Meanwhile, people who are relatively less intelligent are forced to be more orderly to compensate for their lack of intellectual aptitude.
Relatedly, men with spouses who score higher on conscientiousness tend to earn more money, even when their own level of conscientiousness is controlled for.
