@blueprintsmb22 $14k and they have done work on my street with good reviews. Essex County. Will see how it ends up after Tuesday before I would make a recommendation, but so far they are working their asses off Fri-Sat and keeping the yard clean.
@MatznerJon Whoa… I had about 15-20 people on airtable and was using a lot of storage and integrations in like 2019-2020. Nowhere near that amount though. Now have a larger team on Monday and spending a lot. Building with CC and close to pulling some saas plugs too.
@realEstateTrent The introverted part of me just physically recoiled. I’ve used Bose for their best in class noise cancelling for over a decade for this purpose lol.
@contractorkeith@nicgimbal I’m an equipment rep (+service business - so can’t ignore that workflow) somewhere in Div 23. It’s totally possible and only limited by my time, expertise, and unwillingness to bring a 3rd party in to hold their hand through it for me 😂. Been waiting for this for 10 years+.
@contractorkeith@nicgimbal Working on mirroring existing workflow from assisting MEP up front with schedules, selections, and specs, all the way through take-offs, estimating, bid tracking, submittal generation, project management, etc. Every step can work in a vacuum. Bringing it together is tough.
@contractorkeith Ah, I misunderstood “bidding software.” I have had (past tense) both of those too. Feels like such a waste of money and focuses people on the wrong thing - “more bids” vs “qualified bids”.
