@jonnym1ller I'd offer that AI therapy and @dvassalo's take that you're your own best therapist both miss a (arguably THE) key piece of therapeutic efficacy... the limbic bond. "A General Theory of Love" was compelling for me on the power of limbic regulation and revision.

Depends on facilitation. 99% of group leaders aren't skilled at curating meaningful conversation. With great facilitation, 100 ppl = much more potential value.
