Just sharing one of the worst car selling experiences ever @CarShopDotCom . Poor communication, lack of respect and fabrication of issues to alter offer prices. Please consider @Carvana or @CarMax as much better options

@ouraring as black friday is upon us, consider alternatives to Oura. Their customer service fails to replace a defective ring. 10 months old, but received as a gift and all they can say is sorry. Found many others with defective rings.

@ouraring - the more I dive into social media about Oura Ring, the more dissatisfied customers I am finding about defective products and customer service that is only in name...some service would be nice! Check out @fitbit
Ouraring - @ouraring has still failed to support their defective products...after reaching out wanting to help, they continue to stand to the letter of their T&C's that without the order information, they will not do anything to help me.
