@joecarlsonshow Joe, I’m a capitalist just like you. But capitalism works best when it exists alongside a society that takes care of its sick, elderly, disabled, and poor. We shouldn’t be catering to the ultra-wealthy while more and more people struggle to make ends meet.
@Geiger_Capital@RoKhanna Calling Ro a socialist while the president you support is actively taking stakes in private companies that you cheer on.. socialism for me not for thee. Hypocrisy at its finest.
@conorsen I don’t follow this space much. I would assume middle class builds are not moving, and builders are seeing more inventory movement on their more expensive housing new builds? I don’t think we can get a true housing unlock until the middle class can afford it.
@RonDeSantis You would think as a sitting governor, you would know how elections work? Maybe use some critical thinking skills to come to a conclusion.
@TFG_Football MLB owners aren’t corrupt billionaires? The cheap owners get revenue sharing and then pocket the money. If they cared so much, why do teams like the Pirates make the most profit in the league while only boasting a $90 million payroll.
@TJStats Owners and Manfred have the Dodgers as the villains. Players need to hold the line and make sure there is no cap. Billionaire owners that don’t spend, acting like they care about their fans.
@BNightengale And the guardians and marlins would have to spend 70 million dollars. There are 13 teams under 150 million in spending rn owners are cheap…
@JeffSpiegel I picked him up in fantasy. Adding another great secondary pitch I think gives him the ability to mask his fastball which is an avg pitch so far. I really like his slider and split/fork combo is deadly. I’m rooting for him.
Back of the napkin math: if they hit $30B revenue at 35% FCF margins, that’s ~$10.5B FCF. With a 25x multiple, you are at ~$260B market cap. 🤷🏽♂️ $NOW
