વર્ગ‐૩ની અ.મ.ઇ.ની નોકરી માટે સિવિલ ઇજનેરીમા ડિપ્લોમા જ ચાલે પણ ડિગ્રી નહી ! આવુ તે વળી કેવુ ? સરકારી નોકરીઓ માટે શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતનુ સ્તર લધુત્તમ હોવુ જોઈએ. 'લધુત્તમ' એ એક જ ન હોવુ જોઈએ.

While diploma holders are given first priority instead of BE. Where does Article 16 of the Constitution apply? (Right to equality) Both (B.E. and DIPLOMA) holders are requested to provide equal opportunity.

@BhabhorJaykumar એવું સાંભળતા કે વધારે ભણવાથી ફાયદો થશે...! ૧૧-૧૨ સાયન્સ લઈને તનતોડ મેહનેત કરી.રાત દિવસ એક કર્યા.
ડિગ્રી સિવિલ એન્જિનિર બન્યા.
હવે સરકારી ભરતી માં એજ પરસેવા વાળી ડિગ્રી કોઈ કામ ની નથી.
આ ઉચ્ચ લાયકાત ની કોઈ વેલ્યુ નથી આજે.
