Day 2167 of the #TigrayGenocide:
The people of #Tigray deserve peace—not another proxy war driven by foreign agendas.
No more silence. No more excuses.
We demand full accountability, immediate civilian protection, and an end to the violence. Now.

At least 52 civilians have been killed during three days of heavy fighting around Alamata in Ethiopia's northern Tigray region, hospital sources have told the BBC
https://t.co/puQKd3lx3r
The same medic, on Alamata and surrounding areas:
"28 other civilians with critical injuries were brought here starting from three days ago from Alamata, Garjale and surrounding rural areas. Most of them are farmers. The patients told us they were bombed by shelling. Three have died while they were being transported here."
Tigray's war of attrition has turned into open war.
On Sept 23, Tigrayan forces declared a "defensive war" against a federal government offensive. Telecommunications were cut and fighting is spreading across Ethiopia.
Meanwhile, Washington lifted its arms embargo and eased sanctions—as the bombs fell.
A ceasefire alone won't fix this. The siege must be lifted in full: fuel, medicine, cash, aid. Civilians protected. Those responsible held to account.
Share this. Contact your reps. Demand an end to the bombardment and siege.
#Tigray
We call on the international community to:
▪️ Launch an independent investigation into these attacks
▪️ Ensure immediate protection for civilians in southern #Tigray
▪️ Hold those responsible to account
Silence enables further harm.
Omna Tigray will keep documenting and sharing what civilians in Tigray are enduring.
Doctors at @ayder_hospital in Mekelle say they've received 40+ civilians with serious injuries. Many are children including a one-year-old baby.
At least 4 civilians died on the way to the hospital.
#Tigray is under siege and facing drought.
No fuel. No medicine. Salaries withheld. Cash capped at ~$6 USD a day.
The 2026 rains failed. 3.7M people may need aid. Only $3.38M of the $626.8M needed is funded.
And the bombs are back: airstrikes by the Ethiopian government on 11 days in 7 weeks hitting schools, homes, and aid.
I think it was Jean Anouilh who said: “ there are times when there is nothing left to do but scream!” This is one I guess. Thank you all for reaching out anyway.

News: Internet disrupted in #Tigray as renewed fighting triggers panic-buying
Internet connectivity was disrupted in northern #Ethiopia on Friday as renewed fighting between federal forces and Tigrayan forces intensified, with online monitor NetBlocks reporting a regional disruption and AFP confirming difficulties connecting by phone to sources in Tigray.
“Network data indicate a subnational internet disruption in northern Ethiopia corresponding to reports of a telecoms blackout in Tigray,” #NetBlocks said on Friday.
The Tigray region experienced a prolonged communications blackout after fighting began in November 2020. Internet and telephone services were largely cut off for much of the two-year war, with connectivity remaining severely restricted through 2021 and 2022. The blackout also disrupted humanitarian coordination, banking, businesses and other essential services, prompting the UN to call it “de facto blockade.”

I don’t know how many posts I have left with reports that safari com is going to shut down next.
Who ever is responsible, and spare me the speculation, should be ashamed for subjecting the people of #Tigray to collective punishment.
The entire economy runs on phones.
The war has begun when Abyi Ahmed bombed Mekelle, daily Drones attacks on schools & civilians , now when they started to defend their people how on earth can that be escalations? That was the trick of the Genocidal regime to drag them all in to war @UAEmediaoffice stop meddling
I call on the European Union and NATO member states to recognize Tigray and support a peaceful path to self-determination. 🇪🇺
Tigray can become the Croatia of Ethiopia: a people seeking the right to determine their own political future, build democratic institutions, live in security and develop in peace.
My message is simple: PEOPLES, NOT EMPIRES.
Europe and the transatlantic community should engage directly with Tigray, protect civilians, support peaceful democratic decision-making and be prepared to recognize a sovereign Tigray.
TIGRAY — SELF-DETERMINATION • PEACE • SECURITY • PROSPERITY
