The 2nd pic is of Eskom coal supplier Quinten van der Burgh, whom Eskom "mistakenly" paid R4 billion & Eskom's white CEO Andre De Ruyte released a statement that they couldn't take any action to recover this R4 billion & would not pursue any arrest or court case against Quinten, & the matter was closed just like that.

Yes Quinten is white & is the youngest dollar billionaire in South Africa through supplying coal to Eskom, & Quinten has no qualifications besides matric. Most Black people have never even heard of Quinten but Sibongile's fame rivals that of the Pope. Yes Sibongile is Black.
