@TUIUK you’d have thought that TUI arranging transport from a cruise to a hotel stay would know the time that the hotel allows check in! We were picked up from the port & brought to the hotel where we were told that we have to wait for 3 & a half hours until check in! Ridiculous!

@loveholidays Thank you, but we were eventually picked up after 90 mins after getting someone at a help desk to ring the company. We were then dropped off a 15 minute walk away from our hotel. Considering we haven’t been to Rome before and we had suitcases and bags, we weren’t impressed…

@RitchieNeville It’s the travel law to have a drink whatever time you get to the airport! 🥂 I had a flight at 7am once and had a drink at 4am 😂 I don’t care what the time is, I’ll be sticking to this law I believe in!
