Add in talking on the phone without consent, broken windshields, child door locks "accidentally" enabled, window locks "accidentally" enabled, and a whole slew of things that aren't optimal.

When Uber/Lyft started, drivers offered water, snacks, charging ports and Kleenex. This is all gone today. It's not a service for riders; it's a subsidy for where they live all day.

Now I'm surprised if they just greet, shut up and drive safely without multitasking.
