@Se_Railway are a fucking shambles. Every time I go into the office there’s a drama with the trains, literally every fucking time. Just got to Blackheath and now there’s something wrong with the line and it’s diverted to Woolwich. 🤬

I’ll never use @UKEnterprise again after they falsely accused me of damage I wasn’t responsible for. I informed the guy during checkout of the undocumented damage and was told it would be noted immediately. Clearly he didn’t or they just want to pin it on someone. #scammers

@jonathantullett I tend to mix it up during the day. I usually stand when I feel a niggle in my lower back. I’m probably averaging out 1-2 hours standing a day. Definitely helps with lower back pain. Having said that a decent chair might help.
