I asked for parking to be comped given that we had to park in the back end of the lot in the rain and was told they would 1. Never block off handicap spots and 2. Handicap people have to pay for parking too

For some reason the @STLScienceCtr decided to put a @USAA trailer in the middle of the handicapped parking lot this weekend, blocking off a good hunk of their handicapped spots this weekend and refused to acknowledge the difficulty this placed on patrons.
