Still no resolution. Lied to by a call center agent and no explanation to the missed visits or a solution to get one out. Expected a pensioner to pay upfront for a engineer when already pays £100s a year for Homecare!

I am appalled at your service to the elderly. My vulnerable mum has had 2 missed visits. No call to apologise & I've just spent an hour on a call centre with no help at all. Expecting her to pay for a 3rd party engineer when she pays 100s for homecare
