@imperfect_foods Filled out that yesterday morning, but didn't receive anything to confirm it was received. I know you guys are swamped and I love my boxes. Just trying to get the problem rectified before I order another box and have more missing items I've paid for.
@FedEx@FedExHelp 3 phone calls to customer support, 3 pick-up requests made by your representatives, 3 packages that aren't mine sitting on my porch. You have until the end of day or these packages are meeting their maker . . . the garbage can!
@FedEx After two phone calls your delivery drivers still can't seem to deliver the packages to the right address. Do I really need to do your job and deliver the THREE packages sitting on my porch to the correct address?
@FedEx Called your 800 number to request a delivery delay and was told to go to your website and request it there. Why does your customer service department exist if they aren't willing to help?!? I called so I wouldn't have to deal with your horrible website!
@nordstromrack you have a 45 day return policy while @Nordstrom has pretty much an unlimited return? I'm 17 days outside the 45 days and I'm stuck with shoes that gave my 4yo blisters within 20mins of wearing the shoes inside. Shitty way to lose a customer.
@comcastbusiness 3 sales phone calls a day, a minimum of 5 marketing letters in the mail per week is a bit excessive, don't you think? Please stop sending mail & calling. It is a waste of your resources and my time! I will NEVER use you for service. Plus, I don't own a business!
