@Malarkey There’s nothing strange about this. Sounds like they are adaption a standard setup to fit a client’s existing JS build system. We do this sort of thing all the time. It does require solid documentation for maintainability.
@muppetaphrodite It means that the concept of an action exists in multiple contexts. For example: in UI, that might mean that the way users interact with an element may differ, but the intent is the same, well understood, and suitable despite differences created by context.
