Confusion of 1 crore by @rajnathsingh not expected from you how can you use insurance money as compensation that too in open parliament? Sad state of affairs. Second point about other countries using this Scheme my answer to those :- pl do home work about your borders and compare it with the said countries. We have five type of terrain and different climatic conditions such as
Plain, desert , jungle , mountain , high altitude and amphibian role and no other countries who have implrmented this Scheme face such situation. 6 months you expect our young blood will be able to learn the tactics and will be fit?
